Dr. Kangjun Li, who is engaged in ophthalmic medicine for more than 13 years, now is deputy director of Xi 'an Aier eye hospital refractive center, the core expert of Aier eye group refraction institute and the training expert of Aier eye group refraction surgery, the member of the American academy of ophthalmic and visual studies (ARVO), the member of the American society for cataract and refractive surgery (ASCRS) and the member of European society for cataract and refractive surgery (ESCRS). Dr Li is good at femtosecond refractive surgery (SMILE and Fs-LASIK,), intraocular lens implantation (Evo ICL), Femtosecond refractive lens replacement (Fs-RLE), Femtosecond laser presbyopia surgery (Fs-Presbyopia), corneal collagen cross-linking (CXL), glaucoma drugs and minimally invasive surgery, specializing in refractive cornea and lens surgery.
In 2013-2017, Dr. Kangjun Li is a PHD student in Zhongshan Ophthalmic Center of China and joint PHD in Tennessee State University in United States. Guided by his tutor Professor Jian Ge, the Chief of National 973 Programs, Dr. Li is participating in several research projects for ophthalmology and vision research supported by Key Program of NationalNatural Science, the national natural science fund projects and the natural science foundation of a Guangdong provincial. He received the authorized national utility model patents as a second inventor and the "Outstanding Young Clinical Scientist Award" of the Evidence-Based Medicine and Clinical Research Ophthalmology Conference in 2015. Dr. Li is the "Outstanding Graduate teaching of ZOC" and "Outstanding doctoral club officers of SYSU."
