Doctor Jeon graduated from the Catholic University of Korea in 2006. After a vitreoretinal fellowship at Saint Mary’s hospital, she finished an MD-PhD course at the same University, major in stem cell treatment. Her research interests include both clinical and translational research about vitreoretinal diseases. She published several original scientific studies about vitreoretinal diseases in indexed scientific journals. Now, she established a specialized lab focused on the translational research in vitreoretinal diseases and developing new therapeutic drugs for them.
