Skilled in cataract, vitreoretinal and glaucoma surgery with interest in Medical Retina, treatment of Diabetic Retinopathy and retinal vascular diseases. With extensive basic and clinical research experience he has greatly supported various clinical trial protocols and has completed successfully several clinical studies focusing on AMD and diabetic retinopathy.
