Tae-im Kim is currently Professor of Department of Ophthalmology, Yonsei University College of Medicine. As an anterior segment eye surgeon, Prof. Kim performs cataract surgery, corneal transplantation and refractive surgeries. Major research interests include dry eye syndrome, meibomian gland dysfunction, allergic disease, and corneal dystrophies. Prof. Kim served a director of academic and have served scientific committee of Korean Ophthalmologic Society, a director of educational committee of Korean Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery, a director of publication of Korean contact lens society and a director of academic and scientific committee of Korean External Eye Disease Society.
